Miso butterfish… I had that in Hawaii and it is divine! I can’t see to find it here on the mainland… Maybe it’s called Black Cod? I might have to expand my search past Safeway…

Hi Beth - Sounds like these classes are great. Misoyaki butterfish (black cod) is actually a “staple” for me - I’ve found it really easy to make! Roy’s makes an excellent version - mainly because of the quality of the fish. I think I’ll share my Mom’s recipe soon.
