					<description>Food Blog S'cool is a great resource.  The discussion of food photos after dark gave me lots of ideas to try. I usually don't have a problem when I'm photographing at home because I can spend lots of time trying different lighting and using different equipment (as long as my family is not waiting for their dinner--please, can you stop taking pictures of the food so we can eat it?!) but shooting in dark restaurants is a challenge.</description>
