Good call! I think Yulesmith has just the right ammount of smooth malty character that will turn into a decent pie crust.
On a side note: I made bread with beer one time and it didn’t turn out very good. I had used an IPA to make it and learned that hoppy/bitter beers don’t make the best breads because the bitterness really carries over into the flavor of the bread.
