Too much good cookin’ going on out there…

Arborio Rice, Parmesan, and Green Pea Pancakes from Culinary in the Desert

Crunchy Coconut French Toast from Leite’s Culinaria.

If Kate from The Accidental Hedonist says this would be her last chosen meal on earth, then I say, “Sign me up for her Baked Penne!”

Just try and read Catherine’s post about Red Lentil & Rice Patties with Cilantro Sauce and not get inspired to try it!

Lemon Spinach Salad from the Cooking Light Message Boards… it just sounds like Spring to me.

And since I’m obsessed with eating (not necessarily cooking) Indian food right now:

Aloo Tamatar Subzi or Curried Potatoes in Tomato Sauce from Sailu’s Food

Holy Moly! Homemade pizza crust made with beer sounds like the perfect way to use the local micro-brew my husband has in his keg-erator!

I’d never heard of Kibbee before, but it sounds like my kind of food. Thanks, Rachael!

To be honest, I don’t really know what Cheese Sables are, but I’m certain I’d like some in my mouth right now! Thanks to Albion Cooks… Oh and her Cheese and Lentil Gratin looks pretty bad-ass, too!

Majorly detailed How-To for authentic gnocchi from Cook Almost Anything At Least Once.

Ultimate Banana and Chocolate Cake from Everybody Likes Sandwiches

The Spice is Right’s Methi Kabuli Channa is being added to my list of Indian recipes that have caught my eye.

For San Diego Foodies

Yay! It’s my favorite time of the year! Another San Diego food blogger joins the club! Tess is a beginning culinary student who shares her experiences at cooking school, as well as local restaurant reviews. Check out The Journey of a Culinary Student.

Carmen Electra and Ashlee Simpson were in town this week to support the opening of the San Diego Hard Rock Condos Hotel Launch. Any one thinking of buying?

Check out this phenomenal meal that Chika from She Who Eats created from the cookbook Chef Interrupted. On the whole, this looks like a dream meal to me, totally suited to my tastes. And that cookbook was placed on my Amazon wishlist within 30 seconds of reading Chika’s post. Mega-yum!

Mushroom Tart from 80 Breakfasts

Goat Cheese Salad found on Leite’s Culinaria

Sounds like Indian comfort food to me… Waran Bahaat from One Hot Stove

Authentic Enchiladas from Simply Recipes (Oh! And her Bittersweet Chocolate Cake, too!)
